Complaint Procedure

For filing a complaint:

To file a complaint a non-refundable fee of $500 is to be paid, you can click here to make payment.

Email the complaint to info@lcwwgroup.com with facts and cited rule broken or code of conduct broken, with evidence. This can only be facts and not feelings or hearsay.

This will be reviewed by the company Directors and if it has perceived validity, it will be sent to the FFAP. This decision to send to the FFAP will be made within 3 months from receiving the documentation and payment. There is no guarantee the complaint will be heard by the FFAP and the fee is still non-refundable. Please be aware that this procedure could possibly break the code of conduct for the person filing the complaint.

If the FFAP is consulted they will review the complaint within 6 months of receiving the documentation from the company Directors.

You will be emailed with the status.
